The area of this workload is in the Worcester, MA area, including Worcester and surrounding towns. Responsibilities: \ Provide transportation to daily activities \ Take individuals to medical appointments and provide support \ Offer guidance in managing household responsibilities \ Assistance with money management \ Spend time with individuals in the community, enjoying activities \ Always show care and compassion \ Basic report writing and filing Requirements: \ High school diploma or equivalent \ Able to self-direct and work independently \ Valid driver\'s license \ Reliable transportation \ Adequate reading, writing, and oral communication skills \ Ability to pass background checks \ Ability to complete required trainings in a timely fashion, with support Job Type: Part-time or Full-time with opportunities for advancement; mileage compensation.
