Recruitment - 10% Recruit student athletes. Attend high school sporting events to identify potential recruits.

Assist in overseeing facilities - 10% Assist in overseeing the maintenance of sports facilities and the maintenance of equipment and supply inventory.

Schedule games and manage travel - 10% Assist in developing game schedules and in managing team travel.
