Manufacturing Team Member - Level 1 - Tolleson, AZ

PBNA \$21.65 / hour After 90 days \$24.66 / hour

The team member must demonstrate the willingness and ability to:\ \ Actively support team conceptsEffectively communicate with team members.Handle several tasks at the same time.Attention to detail is critical.Focus and be successful in a fast-paced environment.Must be able to read, write, and speak English.Must be able to lift 50 lbs. on a continuous basis.Actively participate in CAPDO meetings and drumbeat activitiesBe able to effectively run level 3 equipment such as blend, operate the filler/capper, tray packers, and labelers and/or demonstrate the ability to quickly learn new equipment.
