Hiring For: Insulation Technician

Job Description:

Our technicians install insulation in walls, attics, basements and crawl spaces per job specifications.

Use of hand tools, scaffolding and ladders are on a daily basis.  All tools, vehicles and training will be provided.

What we are looking for:

Employees who have a teamwork mindset and can do attitude.

Employees who have a valid driver's license with reliable transportation is a MUST. (No SR22 Bond)

Employees who can follow directions and have the ability to troubleshoot.

Employees who have a basic understanding of hand tools and can read and follow illustrated instructions.

Employees who have capability of doing physical work - This includes bending, squatting and lifting up to 50lbs.

Employees must be willing to work 40+ hours per work.

Responsibilities:

Install jobs per specs and work order requirements.

Learn and operate run machines for different insulation applications

Drive box trucks when/if needed.

Work with safety, efficiency and quality to provide the best service for our customers.
