通常情况下，您需要：

1.确定项目目标并管理安装项目--监督设备安装、监控工作现场的进度，并与现场内外的所有利益相关者进行协调

2.与所有利益相关者，包括甲方、建筑施工方、工程监理、承包商、供应商和分包商进行沟通和协调

3.确保项目在预算范围内按时进行，对团队和分 包商进行监督

4.与项目团队密切合作， 严控安全，合规和质量风险的出现，包括遵循当地政府和法律法规要求

5.确保客户满意度、提供技术支持并提升项目盈利能力

6.培训和监督分包商（如适用）的安全、质量和运营，确保向客户提供标准服务

成功的候选人需要具备：

1.要求大专学历；有学士学位或同等相关工作经验（至少 5 年）者优先考虑

2.要求电梯和建筑行业的经验

3.安全是您的首要关注点

4.要求具有出色的沟通技巧和领导能力，能够在在团队合作中发挥积极作用，并适应快节奏的工作环境

5.要求可以独立工作，具有很强的计算机和组织能力以及商业头脑
