We install in various states, including Utah, Colorado, Florida, and Texas to name a few. We have opportunities within each state, but if you're willing to travel between states, we'll compensate you accordingly.

Primary Responsibilities:
- You'll primarily work out of Miami, Tampa, and other states.
- Follow planned PV system configurations based on customer needs, site conditions, and supervisor specifications.
- Measure, cut, and assemble the support structure for solar panels.
- Install solar modules, panels, and support structures according to building codes and standards.
- Connect PV panels to the electrical system.
- Apply weather sealant to the equipment being installed.
- Activate and test PV systems.
- Must be comfortable using a variety of hand tools and power tools, including:
- drills, wrenches, saws, and screwdrivers, to set up PV panels and connect them to frames, wires, and support structures.
- Must be comfortable checking the electrical systems for proper wiring, polarity, and grounding, and they also perform maintenance as needed.
Schedule: 8 AM-5 PM, Monday-Friday
Pay Scale: depending on experience (DOE):
- Entry Level: $18-25/hr.
- NAV-Set: $25-35/hr.
- Journeyman's card: $30-40/hr.
