Intermountain Health Salesforce Developer - Castell in Albany, New York

Job Description:

The Salesforce Developer will be working on the Data Analytics team at Castell.

Castell is a comprehensive health services company that helps healthcare providers, payers, health systems, and accountable care organizations achieve success in value-based care.

The Salesforce Developer will serve on an analytics scrum team to maintain and enhance new Health Cloud Experience Cloud and Marketing Cloud products.

Knowledge of SOQL, Omnistudio and Copado is preferred.

Scope

1.Designs, develops, troubleshoots, debugs, and implements software code in Salesforce products. Builds solutions and workflows, user interfaces, makes recommendations to minimize upgrade impact. Works assigned ticketing and queue. Resolves issues and proposes solutions to trends.

  1. Participate in all phases of required implementations, including installation, configuration, customization, integration, and data migration. Creates documentation needed by analysts and implementation partners, etc.

  2. Participates in software product definition, including business case, gap analysis, specifications and requirements analysis. Researches, tests, builds, and coordinates the integration of new products per production and client requirements. Feasibility and cost / benefit analysis, decides upon application architecture and framework, develops accurate implementation timeline.

  3. Provides quality assurance of unit testing, including defining / supporting acceptance testing and gathering feedback from pre-release testers. Participates in software release and post-release activities, including support of product launch (e.g., developing demonstrations and/or samples).

  4. Promotes mission, vision, and values of Intermountain Health, and abides by service behavior standards.

  5. Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Two years of experience in healthcare, technology or related field is required

Preferred Qualifications

Previous work experience as a high level end user and / or IT super user in Health Cloud, Experience Cloud or Marketing Cloud.

  1. Web application and UI development concepts and understanding and familiarity with HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, XML, Crystal reporting, Web development, Apex.

  2. Ability to identify and document processes, system requirements, dependencies and eliminate redundancies.

  3. Knowledge of Oracle and SQL relational database management systems and SQL scripting.

  4. Knowledge of SOQL, Omnistudio and Copado

Physical Requirements:

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.

$43.06 - $67.80
