Bombardier Methods Engineer in Red Oak, Texas

In your role, you will
Analyzes feasibility according to optimal methods by assessing the costs, impacts and risks of a change in production and developing written business case presentations
Analyzes requirements and initiates tool design requests
Conducts root cause analysis for known quality defects
Initiates change documents required for implementation of corrective action
Analyzes data using quality tools (pareto, heat map, scatter diagram)
Participate and collaborate in a cross functional, matrixed environment
Participate and/or present in team and executive meetings
Develop and implement work arounds for the assembly line through work instructions and/or shop aides
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a high-pressure environment
Monitors and maintains project status
As our ideal candidate
Typically a minimum of 5 years of experience in Methods, Material Planning, or related area
Working knowledge of Project Management principles
