Rotary Systems Customer Service/Administrative Assistant in Ramsey, Minnesota

CUSTOMER SERVICE/ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Department: Sales and Administration

Position Summary:

Rotary Systems is looking for an individual with high energy and a can-do attitude to provide effective customer service using attention to detail to process customer orders and gain in-depth knowledge of our company processes by working with team members on projects and assisting with a variety of tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Processing customer orders and changes with extreme attention to detail

  • Maintaining accuracy of customer data in our ERP system

  • Accurately process credit card charges for customer orders

  • Answer multi-line phone system and direct calls to appropriate departments

  • Greet visitors and notify employees of their arrival

  • Provide general administrative support across multiple departments as needed

  • Perform a variety of clerical and data entry tasks including filing, scanning and organization

  • Process incoming and outgoing mail

  • Manage office, breakroom and cleaning supplies

  • Other duties as assigned

    Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Customer service experience

  • Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office

  • ERP experience preferred, IQMS a plus

  • Ability to handle sensitive information in a secure and responsible manner

  • Ability to multi task and work effectively in a team and independently

Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM

40 hours per week
