Organization Overview AdLib, Inc. is a non-profit that focuses on empowering people with disabilities to access and manage benefits, services, and resources to live independently in the community. We are a consumer controlled, consumer directed service that assists people with disabilities to achieve a greater level of independence. As a Center for Independent Living we provide the five core services: information and referral, skills training, advocacy (systemic and individual), peer counseling, and transition (from nursing home to community and youth to adulthood). In addition to the core independent living services we operate the MassHealth (Medicaid) funded personal care management program, SSA Representative Payee program, MRC vocational rehabilitation services, and long term care options counseling. AdLib serves all of Berkshire County and our office is conveniently located near public transportation in downtown Pittsfield MA. PCM Director The PCM Director is responsible for the day to day coordination and management of the Personal Care Attendant (PCA) program and services offered by AdLib. This includes supervisory oversight of AdLib\'s direct service PCM staff members. This is a senior leadership position within the organization. The PCA program is funded by MassHealth and provides services to consumers with physical disabilities who are in need of hands on care to complete activities of daily living. This program is essential to independence for people with physical disabilities. The PCM Director works closely with MassHealth, Tempus, and other external stakeholders to ensure that contractual obligations are met. The position is based in AdLib\'s Pittsfield office but involves travel throughout Berkshire County and provides services in the consumers home. Essential Functions: Work closely with state officials, AdLib leadership, and PCM staff to ensure quality services are provided in compliance with contractual obligations; complete required reports on time; create and implement systems and procedures for programmatic operations; facilitation of internal communication; staff training, mediation, and progressive supervision. This position is full-time exempt (salaried) position 40 hours (1 hour paid lunch daily) and 75% of work takes place in the Pittsfield office or in the community. This position requires travel with personal vehicle, home visits (ascending/descending stairs), electronic and written documentation, and ability to understand MassHealth rules and regulations. Primary working hours are 9am-5pm M-F. Qualifications: A Bachelor\'s degree in social work, human services, healthcare, psychology, or a related field with seven years\' experience working in the human service field preferably with people with disabilities. Five years of supervisory/management experience is required. Master\'s degree preferred. Appropriate combination of education and experience considered
