Job Title: Production Manager
Job Description
As our new Production Manager, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency and quality of our production process. Your responsibilities will include implementing production schedules to meet targets, supervising production staff, and maintaining safety and quality control procedures. You'll coordinate with other departments to address production issues and identify opportunities for process improvement. Additionally, you'll manage inventory levels, analyze production data, and prepare reports on key performance metrics.
Hard Skills
Minimum of 5 years relevant experience as a production manager in a manufacturing environment
Manufacturing experience from industries such as aerospace & defense, medical parts, and semi-conductor
Understanding of all departments such as quality, assembly, machining, shipping, and general production
Soft Skills
Excellent supervisory and coordination skills
Strong safety and quality control enforcement
Proficient in process improvement strategies
Effective inventory management
Analytical skills for data analysis and report preparation
Job Type
This is a permanent position.
Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Phoenix, Arizona. Located in the North Phoenix area.
Work Environment
Our work environment is a climate-controlled CNC machine shop serving niche segments of aerospace, defense, and medical industries. The working schedule is from Monday to Friday, 6 am to 3 pm.
