What You Will Do

• Ensure focus on safety for all team members

• Manage & lead others

• Track attendance and record timesheets for payroll processing

• Make decisions related to the production of finished goods

• Remove systematic problems that prevent the efficient production of finished goods

• Help implement new processes that improve, safety, quality, and efficiency

• Deal with personnel working in product lines that they manage including scheduling, conflict, and complaints

• Assign resources to different processes as needs fluctuate

• Schedule overtime as needed

• Promote lean & 5S

What You Will Bring

• 3 years Manufacturing Supervisor experience

• High School Diploma required, Bachelors Degree Preferred

• Ability to use Time and Attendance tracking systems

• Ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point

A Plus If You Have

• Bachelors Degree Preferred

• Continuous Improvement Project Experience

• Strong Communication Skills – Verbal & Written
