We are hiring Full-time / Days position

This is a combined posting for a Social Worker MSW, Mental Health Therapist LMFT, Licensed Professional Counselor and Social Worker LCSW. The requirements of each role are listed below under each associated title. Consideration for each role will be based on qualifications. The Behavioral Health Associate CSWA practices in a treatment setting under clinical supervision and is dedicated to evaluation, diagnosis and treatment of psychiatric disorders in a partial hospital / intensive outpatient program. The BH Associate CSWA will collaborate with patient/support system to evaluate and diagnose patients. This position will provide specialized psychotherapy services, as described in the CPT, to reduce and /or resolve symptoms of psychiatric and/or substance use disorders identified. Under direct clinical supervision, the BH Associate CSWA will utilize established approaches and standards; complete assessment of patient risk to self and/or others; complete and implement risk reduction/mitigation plans to ensure patient and community safety; incorporate evidence based approaches to psychotherapy including but not limited to cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, dialectical behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and the recovery model, Under clinical supervision, this position will also demonstrate effectiveness in individual, group and family psychotherapy and multi-modal treatment settings. This position works under clinical supervision, in a licensing board approved plan of supervision to achieve licensure with a Board qualified supervisor certified by the OR state Board of Social Workers.

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) practices in a treatment setting under clinical supervision and is dedicated to evaluation, diagnosis and treatment of psychiatric disorders in a partial hospital / intensive outpatient program. The LCSW will collaborate with patient/support system to evaluate and diagnose patients. The LCSW incorporates concepts and theories associated with life span development, neurobiology, and behavioral change. The LCSW will collaborate with the patient and support system to develop and implement evidence-informed person-centered care plans across the care continuum in collaboration with the Inter/Multi-Disciplinary Team (IDT). The LCSW shall perform duties in a manner that respects patient self-determination, that reduces health disparities/barriers to care, and adheres to the NASW code of ethics, Standards of Practice (SOP), and mission.

Social Worker MSW

Required Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree Social Work from a CSWE Accredited School of Social Work, OR from a school in candidacy status by the Council of Social Work Education (CSWE).

  • Upon request: Driving may be necessary as part of this role. Caregivers are required to comply with all state laws and requirements for driving. Caregivers will be expected to provide proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request. See policy for additional information.

  • Upon hire: In compliance with company policy and state regulations, a Department of Human Services (DHS) criminal background check may be required for this position based upon the location of the position. Fingerprinting may be required also.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1 year Completed Master's level practicum in a behavioral health setting in an accredited college or university internship.

  • Additional experience in substance uses treatment setting.

Social Worker MSW, Salary Range:

Min: $38.95, Max: $61.67

Mental Health Therapist LMFT

Required Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree Family therapy

  • Upon hire: Oregon Marriage and Family Therapist License

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1 year Master's level practicum in a behavioral health setting in an accredited college or university internship.

  • Additional experience in substance use treatment setting.

Mental Health Therapist LMFT, Salary Range:

Min: $38.95, Max: $61.67

Licensed Professional Counselor

Required Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree Counseling, Counseling Psychology or related field

  • Upon hire: Oregon Professional Counselor License

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1 year Master's level practicum in a behavioral health setting in an accredited college or university internship.

  • Additional experience in substance use treatment setting.

Licensed Professional Counselor , Salary Range:

Min: $38.95, Max: $61.67

Social Worker LCSW

Required Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree Social Work from a CSWE Accredited School of Social Work, OR from a school in candidacy status by the council of Social Work Education (CSWE).

  • Upon hire: Oregon Clinical Social Worker License Or

  • Upon hire: Washington Clinical Independent Social Worker License

  • Upon hire: Social Worker License in state(s) of hire, and wherever care is delivered.
