Lowe's Services Sr Analyst in Mooresville, North Carolina

Job Summary

The primary purpose of this role is to provide data analytics for the Services organization and provide support for the development and maintenance of installation programs within the group. This includes responsibility for analyzing sales and operational performance for Services to ensure trends and opportunities can be identified. This role is critical to Lowe's as it supports the Services organization in making improvements to how Services drives installed sales and delivers installation programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Provides analysis and benchmarks of Lowe’s installation capacity performance through its provider network via data analytics and operational feedback.

• Designs and implements install programs that are regional or a pilot to supplement capacity and fill gaps.

• Solves complex business problems by performing competitive and market analysis, utilizing subject matter experts both internally and externally where needed.

• Communicates data driven insights to leaders by preparing analyses using multiple data sources; translating findings into clear, understandable themes; identifying complete, consistent, and actionable insights and recommendations.

• Collaborates cross functionally to effectively deliver projects, best practices, and process improvement initiatives.

• Proactively sources new providers to ensure adequate capacity base exists to meet sales projections.

• Facilitates the capacity forecasting and planning processes with functional partners and business units that result in quarterly forecast updates and annual plans.

• Executes the process of documenting policies, procedures, and processes for new or current initiatives.

• Monitor KPIs on a weekly basis and investigate performance variances.

• Applies solid knowledge of business analytics principles to all deliverables; leverages an understanding of policies, data, and resources to support projects or initiatives; collaborates cross-functionally to solve business problems; identifies, recommends, and implements ways to address improvement opportunities.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field

• 5 years of experience in project/ process management, data analytics, or merchandising/supply chain.

• 3+ years of experience with reporting systems such as SQL or MicroStrategy/DART. Advanced analytical skills and excellent communication and project management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Business Administration and 3-5 Years Experience in a services, merchandising and store operations

• 7 years of experience in a merchandising and fulfillment environment.

• 5+ years of experience in analytic design, report development, and complex root-cause analysis.

Pay Range for CA, CO, HI, NJ, NY, WA: $70,400.00 - $117,400.00 annually Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
