Robert Half is partnering with a Well-Recognized Law Firm in Minneapolis, Minnesota, and sourcing for an Attorney with experience in Estate Planning This role involves working with diverse clients, including individuals, families, closely held business owners, executives, as well as corporate and individual fiduciaries.

Responsibilities:

• Work with various clients in all areas of estate and tax planning

• Provide business succession planning services to closely held business owners and executives

• Administer trusts and estates as required

• Exhibit strong drafting skills in the preparation of legal documents

• Communicate effectively with clients and team members

• Use legal software such as 3M, Case Management Software, LexisNexis, and Management System for efficient case handling

• Ensure all legal documentation is accurate and properly filed

• Stay updated on changes and developments in tax law.

Requirements

• Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills are needed

• Strong written and oral communication skills are required

• Must possess excellent negotiation and decision-making skills

• Should demonstrate a high level of professionalism and ethical standards

• Must have the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines

• A strong commitment to client service and team success is necessary

• Must have a Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school

• Must be licensed to practice law in the state.
