RBC Specialist, Operational Support in Minneapolis, Minnesota

Job Summary Purpose: -To provide highest level of service to RIA firms on complex operational activities, while coordinating efforts between C&C and Operations. -Enhance the RIA firm's experience through use of knowledge related to operational policies and procedures, as well as products and services on the C&C platform. Job Description Principal Responsibilities: Liaise and provide customer service support for individuals requiring research, problem resolution, or securing information from Operations departments, RBC Business Units, external customers or industry participants. Address escalated questions independently, while escalating matters as appropriate following established department procedures. Participate in regular discussions with assigned groups to keep up-to-date on technical, operational and business issues. Accurate and timely completion of daily tasks Develop and maintain positive working relationships with RIA firms, other internal departments, and business units. Proactively looks for ways to improve the relationship with firms wherever possible Remain current on industry rules, regulations and practices. Assist in implementing new firm policies and procedures, and regulatory requirements. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
