Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Software Developer based in Medina, Ohio. This role is within a company that operates in the food industry and requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of business applications. As a Software Developer, you will collaborate with our team to develop software products, maintain hardware and software systems, and support our various operational departments.

Responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with the development team to develop software products

• Writing clean, efficient, and scalable code using .NET programming languages

• Testing and maintaining software products to ensure strong functionality and optimization

• Providing basic technical support for queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware

• Assisting in the development, testing, and maintenance of ERP system integrations

• Developing an understanding of the company's application portfolio, development tools, and procedures

• Reviewing and analyzing the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems and developing strategies for improving or further leveraging these systems

• Participating in identifying and driving improvements in various operational areas

• Creating, maintaining, and implementing application source code for any in-house developed, extended, or customized applications

• Supporting business activities by supporting business applications for various production rooms/functional areas

• Prioritizing support calls, help tickets, and change requests in our central Help Desk system

• Assisting in documenting changes, enhancements, and procedures

• Supporting user training needs and remote locations as requested

• Expediting troubleshooting and resolving reported issues while coordinating activities so as not to impact production. Requirements • Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in the field of Software Development

• Proficient in C Sharp Programming (C#)

• Familiarity with .NET Framework

• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server

• Knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning

• Must have strong problem-solving abilities

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work collaboratively with a team

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred

• Must be able to manage multiple tasks effectively

• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is beneficial

• Strong understanding of software development life cycle models

• Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills

• Proven ability to write clean, well-documented code
