ManpowerGroup Product Manager for Water Softener or Water Filtration in Louisville, Kentucky

Manpower Engineering is looking for a Water Softener Product Manager for our Louisville, KY client. This is a direct-hire, full-time position. Some domestic and international travel is required (20% max). Must be willing to live in the Louisville, KY area.

  • The Water Softener Product Manager will be responsible for supporting the development and strategic direction of the following products lines which include point of use water softener systems and whole house water softener and water quality systems.

  • Collaboratively work with other team members to design unique solutions to progress innovative designs. In addition, will conduct independent projects related to product development and quality improvement.

  • Understand the latest trends and technological trends in the international water softening industry

  • Candidates must have technical expertise in multiple home softening and filtration platforms, as well and strong product marketing knowledge.

  • Water softener product design experience for point of use and whole house applications

  • Domestic and international experience and multi-cultural mindset

  • Prefer engineering BS/MS degree or business degree as long as strong technically.
