The Bridgerland Technical College Practical Nursing Program seeks a Lab/Simulation Operations Assistant to join its dynamic team. What You'll Do:

As a Lab/Simulation Operations Assistant, you will help facilitate and manage the operations in our Lab/Simulation center. You'll collaborate closely with faculty and staff from Bridgerland Technical College and WSU to ensure seamless lab activities. You may also assist in test proctoring in the computer lab.

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma required.
• Certified Nursing Assistant certification or one year of healthcare work experience is preferred.
• A certificate in simulation is preferred.
• Understanding of current and trending simulation technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Dependable, able to communicate effectively, and uphold high ethical standards.
• Exceptional organizational and leadership abilities.
• Aptitude in conflict resolution and problem-solving.
• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks concurrently.
• Basic keyboarding/word processing skills, English proficiency, and knowledge of punctuation, mathematics, and spelling are essential.
• Ability to follow oral and written directions, make routine decisions, prioritize tasks, communicate effectively, and establish cooperative working relationships.
