Collaborates with worldwide customers, prospective customers, and various internal resources from multinational companies. Tracks and analyzes sales trends, production attainment, fill rates, losses, and other business drivers to identify opportunities for business improvement. Ensures customer and prototype projects are incorporated into the overall scheduling, forecasting, and billing processes. Works closely with assigned customer service to troubleshoot complex or escalated technical issues. Actively participates in the development of the budget and investments, monitors the capacity pipeline and order intake, and develops the tactical sales and operation plan. Ensures service delivery in line with contractual obligations and ensures SLA/scorecard metrics are met. Creates sales playbook and establishes a cadence of review processes that align international sales teams around common goals and strategic objectives. Contributes to In\'Tech\'s marketing activity (trade shows, customer presentations, and visits). This position requires brief business travel to global customer sites (North America, Europe and Asia) approximately 40% of the time. This Position requires conversational skills in French in order to work effectively with In\'Tech\'s French corporate headquarters. No relocation benefits package available. Minimum Requirements: This position requires a minimum of a Bachelor\'s degree or foreign degree equivalent in engineering, healthcare systems management, or a closely related technical field. This position requires demonstrated knowledge and experience with the following: (1) biomedical mechanics; (2) design of mechanical concept; (3) marketing; (4) medical device supply chain; (5) metal/plastic manufacturing; and (6) medical analysis methods. Such skills may have been obtained through work experience or higher education coursework.
