Install commercial-grade supermarket and restaurant equipment and fixtures, including walk-in refrigeration units, display fixtures, bakery displays, ranges, ovens, and mixers at customer sites. Test machinery, equipment, components, and parts for defects to ensure proper functioning. Adjust, connect, or disconnect wiring, piping, tubing, and other parts. Diagnose problems; disassemble malfunctioning equipment and reassemble equipment when repairs are complete. Order necessary replacement parts. Keep records of repairs and parts ordered. Observe all safety procedures. Requirement: 12 months of experience in any occupation involving installation, repair, and/or maintenance of supermarket, restaurant or kitchen appliances.
