We are currently looking for a Project Quality Executive to join our Quality team.

Location: Karacabey, Bursa

Type of contract: Permanent

As a Project Quality Executive, you will have the following responsibilities;

  • Drive Quality Compliance agenda of market entire project pool (capital investments, make or buy outputs, Innovation&Renovation linked capacity/line increases and provided Quality awereness with business, continuous improvement projects) and coordinate on time end to end execution of all Quality requirements from investment project charter until agreed sustained performance is established, in order to achieve the project defined expected benefits.

  • Identify Quality & Safety, Health & Environment priorities, current & future challenges, and opportunities for change at site/unit level. Develop a holistic strategy and implementation plan, aligned with Market priorities & objectives, and with the overall site/unit Operational Master Plan. Guide implementation and communication of the strategy.

  • Define the roadmap for achieving project Quality goals and ensures the needs are analyzed from a Quality perspective (based on Nestlé Management System, the Nestlé Quality standards, the local regulations, the defined User Requirements Specifications, the Total Performance Management characteristics of a unit Quality operation and Hygienic engineering).

  • Determine the relevant Quality experts to contribute to the project team. Ensures the defined project scope, Quality goals, hygienic design and deliverables had been understood by all cross functional site Quality leaders, Project Team members and guarantees that the detailed quality needs are gathered from each of them.

  • Lead and coordinate the transfer of gathered quality needs to project application managers and collectively defines and syncronizes the gantt chart steps of all projects to be effectively integrated in the road map. Understand and link whole end-to-end quality processes and flows to coordinate all stakeholders through accurate quality by design.

  • Lead and coordinate the dedicated and in-direct Quality experts/ Enginneers and enables the projects to be implemented on time and in accordance with the defined Quality must requirements & defined cost of non-quality limits. Assure a smooth handover to Quality Control operations after the qualification and the verification of the installations. Ensure that project Quality documentation is prepared, including project final report and give feedback to the relevant site Quality Management and ensure steering committee at closure.

  • Responsible for handling major change requests, and escalating to the steering committee when necessary.

  • Integrate, motivate, feedback, coach, develop, manage, and evaluate end to end technical team members and be their Quality & Food Safety authority and liaison with the steering committee.

  • Ensure the highest principles of confidential quality conduct on behalf of the technical communities, customer, company, and the engineering professions are adhered.

  • Develop learning book for opportunities in quality pillar of the projects through accumulated project management experience and partner with teams in driving continuous improvement, through their expertise in practices, tools, and behaviors.

Which profile are we looking for?

  • 3+ years food industry experience in a manufacturing environment

  • Demonstrated experience in HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points)

  • Experience in analysing and interpreting complex data and use it to drive improvement

  • Conversant in Continuous Improvement tools and methodologies

  • SAP Quality Management module

  • Experience in managing Food Safety Management System.
