Oral Arts is a full-service, family-owned and operated dental laboratory. We manufacture dental prostheses, such as crowns, bridges, implants, dentures, partials, orthodontic appliances, etc. and immediately need an Implant Customer Service Representative.

Description of responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Receives incoming customer phone calls related to scheduling, pricing, billing, payments, and logistics.
  • Receives calls from new customers for new doctor kits.
  • Corresponds with accounts via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Responsible for the daily call list of cases that need more time from the doctor.
  • Communicate customer issues/concerns to appropriate management promptly
  • Tech service (looking up information or answering questions internally from supervisors, expeditors, etc.)
  • Print all shade photos and attach each to the appropriate case
  • Back up for scheduling In-town and FedEx pickups
  • Places orders for products, supplies, or parts w/ the relevant depts.
  • Calls for cases not meeting the due date, shades needed, photos and simple dentist requests.
  • Schedules newly logged-in cases and reschedule late cases
  • Logs In (3M cases) and corrects log-in errors in Magic Touch
  • Works closely with techs, expeditors, supervisors, and shipping to ensure strong communication (such as special alerts)
  • Runs report for supervisors as requested
  • Responsible for new doctor calls and reactivated accounts
  • Enters data into Magic Touch for implant parts
  • Ensures cases are on time and prioritizes work for technicians
  • Organizes and keeps up with hold pans and cases waiting on parts, outsourced cases, etc.
  • Assists parts coordinator
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Required experience:

  • Extensive knowledge of company products, logistics, and internal production scheduling required
  • Must be able to operate multi-switch phone system, as well as know and understand how to use Outlook email and lab management software
  • Must be able to read and follow instructions
  • Typing speeds of 40 WPM or greater with 90% accuracy preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Pay/Salary is based on relevant experience.
