Accenture Analytics Advisory Manager in Houston, Texas

Analytics Advisory Manager (Accenture LLP; Houston, TX): Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of Analytics Advisory Manager in Houston, TX, and the job duties are as follows:

  • Plan and execute a strategic course of action based on data analysis insights to achieve meaningful business outcomes and encourage a data-driven culture in the workplace.

  • Provide strategic direction and coaching for team's career development as a disciplined leader.

  • Apply appropriate approach to products and clients requiring expertise in a variety of areas, and apply study of scalability and applicability of innovative methodologies, algorithms, and analytics tools from scientific literature to specific problems.

  • Analyze data, generate and evaluate working hypotheses, prepare and analyze historical data, and uncover trends to formulate solutions.

  • Perform statistical modeling and experiment design, including testing and validating predictive models.

  • Develop data mining, machine and deep learning, and predictive modeling solutions, for customer segmentation, propensity scores, product affinity, and campaign optimization, among others.

  • Plan and communicate deliverables, schedules, and responsibilities with partners and co-workers, and drive team performance, knowledge sharing, and execution.

  • Develop statistical databases, data collection systems, data analytics, and other tactics, and acquire primary or secondary data and create databases/data systems.

  • Ability to automate existing processes to provide a solution that is both sustainable and scalable.

  • Cultivate exceptional connections with partners across Program Management, Marketing, and Research, and effectively collaborate with Data Sciences teams.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: Must have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Engineering, or related field, plus 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the IT consulting industry.

Must have 5 years of experience in each of the following:

  • Utilizing Power BI or similar visualization tools;

  • Utilizing SQL and managing Data Ingestion pipelines; and

  • Handling data driven decisions for clients in the following industries: Retail, Consumer Products and Goods, or Logistics.

Must have 3 years of experience in each of the following:

  • Working with data and predictive modelling for forecasting models, classification models, segmentation models or advanced Machine Learning models;

  • Utilizing core concepts of CPG Analytics, Marketing Analytics, Customer Analytics, Campaign and Marketing Analytics, Classification and Segmentation, or Machine Learning and Advance Analytics;

  • Utilizing R or Python for Data Analytics; and

  • Machine Learning and data science.

Must have willingness and ability to travel domestically approximately 80% of the time to meet client needs.
