Job Description:

About the Role :

Reporting to the Plant Manager, the Warehouse Manager will supervise, train and motivate employees to maintain employee safety and meet quality standards, production goals, efficiencies and customer satisfaction in a progressive and dynamic work environment. You’ll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to:

  • Manages Tank Yard, Shipping and Receiving activities for Green Bay facility.

  • Ensures a safety-first culture through actively supporting and prioritizing the site’s health and safety programs.

  • Provides daily direction to and developmental coaching of employees consistent with Treehouse expectations and goals.

  • Manage departmental budget in alignment with plant and company goals.

  • Monitors and analyzes Tank Yard, Shipping, and Receiving results (efficiency, food quality, labor costs, etc.) and suggests improvements on a continuous basis.

  • Analyzes, develops, and implements optimal process design solutions.

  • Reviews Shipping, Receiving, and Tankyard schedules to ensure that staff and equipment are prepared to meet plant production requirements.

  • Orders in salt stock product to meet product needs and works closely with crop department to ensure green stock meets plants needs.

  • Reviews weekly hourly timesheets and approve hours for all permanent and temporary employees. Serves as the back-up UKG Approver to the Receiving Supervisor.

  • Ensures the approved level of staffing is utilized.

  • Serve as primary point of contact for the facility regarding the maintenance of material handling equipment with vendors and other stakeholders.

  • Adheres to established GMP’s and SOPs. Assist in the creation of new policies or procedures as required.

  • Other Duties as assigned.

Important Details: This is a full-time on-site role supporting the plant predominantly on 1st shift with schedule flexing between all shifts as required. During peak seasonal production, the ability to work a rotational 6-day work week will be required.

About You :

You’ll fit right in if you have:

  • Previous supervisory or management experience in the food industry preferred.

  • Ability to work the required rotational 6-day work week during seasonal production period.

  • Bilingual (Spanish) a plus

  • Self-motivated with strong organizational, multitasking, analytical thinking, problem solving and leadership skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.

  • Must be computer literate including proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
