Description We are offering a unique opportunity in Grapevine, Texas for an Accounts Receivable Manager. This role is crucial for our company as it involves managing and reducing our Accounts Receivable backlog, improving our collections process, and providing operational leadership. Responsibilities:

• Manage and reduce the backlog of Accounts Receivable

• Develop solutions to maximize collectors' time and provide them with the right direction

• Display strong operational leadership skills

• Exhibit collection leadership experience

• Provide side by side assistance and work through issues with staff

• Guide and motivate staff in their day-to-day activities

• Manage collectors across multiple locations

• Communicate and report up to the Director / VP of AR & Collections

• Focus primarily on collections as opposed to AR reconciliations or analysis

• Demonstrate proficiency in Accounting Software Systems, ADP - Financial Services, Great Plains (GPAC), IBM AS/400, Microsoft Excel, Accounting Functions, Accounts Receivable (AR), Billing Functions, Cash Activity, Check Processing.

• Proficiency in IBM AS/400

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel

• Knowledge in Accounting Functions

• Understanding of Cash Activity

• Experience in Check Processing
