This position provides consulting services by working directly with the customer to identify and recommend solutions that solve the customers strategic business goals.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate, confer and provides consulting services and manages project activities from client identification through final invoicing.

• Works on billable consulting service projects.

• Demonstrates detailed technology solutions and product knowledge with the customer within a specific discipline.

• Works independently on highly complex projects or may work in a team.

• Mentors less experienced team members and demonstrates team leadership, may manage special projects as needed.

• Technical responsibilities will include problem identification, system architecture definition, hardware/software specification and/or design, implementation, testing, client training, and deployment.

• Leads all technical aspects of delivery, customer satisfaction, and accurate timekeeping for billing purposes, on projects where the Consultant is the only technical resource or lead technical resource.

• Demonstrates expert knowledge of principles, theories and concepts in applicable discipline, plus high level of working knowledge in other related fields.

• Work is performed under minimal direction.

• Duties directly related to making sales includes: Meeting with customers and engaging in sales activities at the customers site; communicating with customers via phone, teleconference, e-mail, etc. related to proposed solutions/sales, etc.; traveling to and from the customers premise for the purpose of engaging in sales activities; providing subject matter expertise regarding technical issues relating to sales; advising customers on suitability of products based on technical needs; preparing proposals, presentations, or bids, including developing pricing, developing strategic plans related to the customer and the proposed solutions/sales; researching and developing customer solutions with AT&T external partners, including design and engineering; and researching customer business and industry to identify new sales opportunities.

• Seasoned customer facing architect with extensive experience in the strategy, design, and leadership of secure cloud transformation in large enterprises.Proven track record supporting customer Digital Transformation programs, including organizational, 3rd party vendor management, insource and outsource.Has strong SD-WAN and SASE Transformation experience including all of the leading vendor platforms - Cisco, HP/Aruba, VMware, Fortinet, Palo-Alto.

• Has designed multi-cloud architecture and knows the security implications and solution approaches.

• Broad knowledge of IT Architecture components and technologies used to build large, global networks.

• Understand the programmatic aspects of Strategic IT Transformation and how to disrupt legacy IT processes in order to deliver improved Cost savings & efficiencies, Compliance - during legacy transitions, better automation and Integrated service functions, and how to accelerate time-to-value and de-risk negative impacts.

• Excellent communication skills including presenting written, oral, problem solving and consensus building across technical, management and executive levels of an Enterprise.

• Extensive experience leading teams in complex programs for developing cost-efficient technological solutions to meet critical business needs and requirements.

• Experience across the full Lifecycle of technology adoption from ideation through design, engineering and deployment.

• Experience in developing financial and budgetary impacts such as TCO or funding levels required to execute a project.

• Experience in leading the integration of multi-domain, multi-vendor and multi-platform solutions.

Education:

• Requires a bachelor's degree.

Experience:

• Requires 12 + years of direct work experience.

• ​Has at least 10 years of prior experience delivering in a Professional Services / Consulting capacity.
