Job Summary: Les Stanford Buick GMC is seeking highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Incentive/Rebate Coordinator. Dealership experience preferred. This individual will be responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of incentives/rebates for our dealership. This is a full-time position located in Ferndale, Michigan. Compensation and Benefits: This position offers a competitive salary, along with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and 401k options. No weekends! Responsibilities: - Manage incentives and rebates for the dealership, including tracking, reporting, and claiming. - Maintain incentive/rebate schedule insuring timely payment. - Collaborate with the sales departments to ensure proper documentation and submission of incentives and rebates. - Stay up to date on all manufacturer programs. - Maintain accurate records. - Analyze and report on incentive and rebate performance to dealership management. - Communicate with manufacturer to resolve any issues or discrepancies. - Other general office duties as needed. Requirements: - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.  - Dealership experience preferred. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
