Description We are inviting applications for the role of a Staff Accountant based in Elgin, South Carolina. This role is integral to our finance department and involves a wide range of duties including handling accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger management. The successful candidate will also be tasked with preparing journal entries and handling month-end close processes.

Responsibilities:

• Handle all aspects of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) effectively and efficiently.

• Regularly perform bank reconciliations to ensure financial data accuracy.

• Maintain and update the general ledger, ensuring all financial transactions are recorded.

• Prepare and post monthly journal entries to keep records up-to-date.

• Oversee the month-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.

• Utilize various accounting systems including NetSuite, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP for different accounting tasks.

• Execute account reconciliation to confirm the accuracy of transactions and resolve discrepancies.

• Implement best practices and improve processes in the finance department.

• Maintain strict confidentiality of financial information, adhering to company policies and regulations. Requirements • Candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a Staff Accountant role.

• Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) is required.

• Experience with Bank Reconciliations is necessary.

• Understanding and ability to work with General Ledger.

• Proficiency in Journal Entries and Month End Close is expected.

• Familiarity with software such as NetSuite, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP is required.

• Experience in Month-end Journal Entries is a must.

• Proficiency in Account Reconciliation is necessary.
