We are currently seeking motivated and skilled Independent Contractors (1099) to join our dynamic team as Smart Home Installation Technicians. This unique role combines the expertise of an installation technician with the knowledge of a smart home guru, offering a great opportunity for those passionate about the latest in home technology and customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Perform installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Dish TV satellite systems, ensuring optimal signal reception and customer satisfaction.

• Educate customers on the features and functionality of their Dish TV service, providing demonstrations and answering any questions to enhance their viewing experience.

• Sell and install/configure a wide range of smart home products, including but not limited to video doorbells, security cameras, smart locks, sound bars, sound systems, TV mounts, smart thermostats, WiFi systems, and smart hubs.

• Conduct sales consultations to recommend and sell smart home solutions that meet the customers' needs.

• Provide high-quality installation services, ensuring all products are installed and functioning correctly.

• Complete 2 - 5 work orders per day, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

• Manage inventory of equipment and tools necessary for the completion of work orders.

• Offer exceptional customer service, including educating customers on the use and benefits of their smart home products.

  Requirements:

• Must be an independent contractor (1099), responsible for your own taxes and insurance.

• Must have your own reliable vehicle, tools, ladder, and a smartphone with an active data plan.

• Prior experience in smart home product installations or a related field is preferred.

• Strong understanding of home networking and electronics.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical details in a clear and understandable manner.

• Must be able to manage time effectively and complete work orders within the assigned timeframe.

  Compensation:

• This position offers competitive pay, with technicians averaging $1,000 - $1,500 per week.

• Payment is commensurate with the number of work orders completed and the complexity of the installations.
