Description Job Summary: We're seeking a skilled Software Developer to join our team in Costa Mesa, CA, dedicated to enhancing our technological infrastructure. You'll play a crucial role in developing innovative solutions to improve operational efficiency and cross-departmental collaboration. Responsibilities: Analyze business requirements and devise creative IT solutions to streamline processes. Develop Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) solutions for seamless integration with external partners. Evaluate and optimize CRM tools like Salesforce and HubSpot to enhance functionality. Conduct data analysis and create insightful reports and dashboards. Provide comprehensive training to ensure effective system utilization. Requirements Must-Have Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems. 3 to 5 years of experience in Software Application Development, with a focus on Business Analysis and Database-driven applications. Proficiency in Microsoft SQL, and ASP.NET Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice-to-Have: Familiarity with ERP systems like Oracle E-Business Suite R12. Relevant certifications in Salesforce and HubSpot.
