The company has assembled a dedicated team that caters to clients' needs before, during, and after closing transactions. This includes a marketing team focused on property promotions and a Director of WOW, collaborating with the team to orchestrate impressive client events and charitable initiatives. Duties include: Inspecting flooring materials upon delivery to ensure they meet quality standards and are free from defects or damage. Preparing subfloors by cleaning, leveling, and ensuring they are structurally sound and suitable for installation. Measuring and calculating the required materials accurately. Creating layout plans to optimize material usage and minimize waste. Cutting flooring materials, such as vinyl, laminate, ceramic tile, or hardwood, to fit the designated areas precisely. Seaming carpets and flooring when necessary, ensuring a seamless and aesthetically pleasing finish. Applying finishing touches such as baseboards, trim, and transition strips to complete the installation with attention to detail. Conduct thorough inspections to ensure the flooring is installed correctly, free from defects, and meets industry standards. Properly maintaining and caring for tools and equipment used in the installation process. Efficiently managing time and schedules to meet project deadlines while maintaining quality workmanship. Physical stamina and the ability to lift upwards of 50 pounds.

Requires a High School Diploma, or GED, or foreign equivalent. 12 months of experience as a flooring Installer or related occupation. Comprehensive knowledge of flooring materials and installation techniques. Availability to travel daily throughout Colorado based on clients' schedules.

Annual salary $51,002.00.
