Full-Time salaried position responsible for set-up and take down of fixtures. This individual will manage new store sets, existing store resets, re-fixturing and moves in customer locations. Manage a crew of part-time installation crew members including recruiting, hiring, training and scheduling. Responsibilities include: * The Installation Supervisor will train and manage, a team of Crew Members * Responsible for disassembling existing fixtures, modifying fixtures and reassembly of the fixtures. * Uses a master log to determine the schedule, establish manpower requirements based on District guidelines, and to arrange for crew arrival time. Approximate area this position will cover: North - Dayton, OH South - Louisville / Lexington, KY East - Charleston, WV West - Evansville, IN * Daily travel is expected. May require overnight travel, dictated by business needs. This can range from 2-3 nights per week based on project assignment. * Responsible for company vehicle, and expense management.
