Description

Robert Half is seeking a Family Law Attorney for of the nation's preeminent family law firms. The position is based in the Chicago, Illinois office. The firm is seeking 1+ years of experience. The Attorney will be responsible for handling various aspects of family law, including conducting research, drafting legal documents, and presenting cases in court.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis on various family law issues.

• Draft and review legal documents related to family law matters.

• Communicate effectively with clients to provide legal advice and updates on their cases.

• Collaborate with attorneys and staff members to develop effective strategies for clients' cases.

• Take and defend depositions to gather and present relevant information for cases.

• Represent clients in court and advocate on their behalf in trials and hearings.

  Requirements

• Must hold a valid license to practice law

• Demonstrated interest in Family Law

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities

• Proven ability to manage multiple cases at a time

• Proficiency in legal research and writing

• High ethical standards and professionalism in all interactions

• Ability to maintain client confidentiality

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
