GVI Inc ., a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a Shipboard Installer in Chesapeake, VA.

Position Responsibilities:

• Provide Alteration Installation Team (AIT) industrial support for U.S. Navy combat systems integration.

• Perform cable installation, removal, and cableway finalization onboard U.S. Navy Ships

• Perform cable fabrication, termination, and connector building in accordance with drawings and quality specifications

• Follow direction, interpret installation drawings, and work as part of a team

Position Requirements:

• High School diploma or GED equivalent with 0-4 years of relevant experience sufficient to perform maintenance tasks

• Knowledge of U.S. Navy or NAVSEA combat systems a plus

• Prior AIT or military experience a plus

• Ability to work in industrial shipyard environment required

• Ability to carry 50lbs up and down ladder wells required

• Proficiency with common ship repair tools of the trade required

• Periods of extensive travel may be required

• Clearance: Ability to obtain and maintain secret
