Jackie Meza with Robert Half is recruiting a Benefits Administrator for our client. The benefits administrator will craft and configure the day-to-day operations of group benefits programs. In this role, the administrator will continually research new benefits programs, make improvements to existing programs, and supervise and monitor benefits administration. What you get to do every day

• Support organization to comply with applicable government regulations

• Support administrative procedures for assigned benefits processes

• Review transfer of data to external contacts for services, premiums and plan administration

• Help employees understand their benefit options

• Manage leaves of absence and process claims or requests (medical operations, worker's compensation etc.)

• Help create benefit appropriate programs such as insurance, wellness etc.

• Analyze employee benefits plans and vendors

• Work closely with and maintain professional communication with accounting department

• Assess and interact with all our service providers

• Monitor daily benefits processing

• Manage enrollments and determine employee eligibility

  Requirements - Excellent communication and organization skills

• Comfortable navigating the world of benefits contract language

• Hands-on experience with data analysis

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources or similar relevant field

• 3+ years of related benefits or employee benefits administration experience

• Proficiency with office applications and software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
