The HR Compensation Analyst is responsible for analyzing and maintaining the Michels Career Progression Program. Critical for success are the abilities to produce highly accurate work in a timely manner, maintain strong attention to detail, and maintain a high level of confidentiality. Strong communication skills, both oral and written, are a must.

What it takes:
Bachelor's Degree and 3+ years related experience, or an equivalent combination
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel
Strong business and technical writing skills
Ability to produce highly accurate work in a timely manner
Must be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times
CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) or CCA (Certified Compensation Analyst), preferred
