Amazon Selection Product & Marketing Manager, Amazon Business 3P in Boston, Massachusetts

Description

Come be a part of a rapidly expanding $35 billion dollar global business. At Amazon Business, a fast-growing startup passionate about building solutions, we set out every day to innovate and disrupt the status quo. We stand at the intersection of tech & retail in the B2B space developing innovative purchasing and procurement solutions to help businesses and organizations thrive. At Amazon Business, we strive to be the most recognized and preferred strategic partner for smart business buying. Bring your insight, imagination and a healthy disregard for the impossible. Join us in building and celebrating the value of Amazon Business to buyers and sellers of all sizes and industries. Unlock your career potential.

We are disrupting the status quo of Business to Business (B2B) by delivering new, efficient purchasing and service solutions to individual proprietors, to small-medium businesses, to global organizations (and everything in between). Are you ready for the next step in your career building on your skills as a leader, innovator, and collaborator? Do you want to be part of an organization that is developing and launching new business models? If so, the AB Third Party (AB3P) team is seeking an exceptional Sr. Product Marketing Manager to lead Selection work. In this role, you will connect with Product Teams that are launching tools to help sellers add new selection that business customers need. A B2C customer may need to buy one laptop, vs. a B2B customer will need to buy a pallet of laptops in a single transaction. This role is product and seller facing. You will work with tech teams to prioritize the needs of our sellers and then directly market to those same sellers to drive Go To Market for the launching tools.

This is a highly cross-functional role that requires close partnerships with Product, Tech, Sales, Consumer, AB Customer Marketing, Legal, PR and other teams - as well as strong verbal and written communication skills. This role requires an analytical marketer with a strong sense for methods to align AB3P offerings to 3P Seller objectives, while constantly adjusting based on industry trends and feedback from sellers.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is comfortable building a business, is metrics and data driven, has a strong desire to learn and lead in a fast-paced environment. You are able to think strategically, look at the business analytically, and implement flawlessly. As a leader, the right candidate will be comfortable with executive interactions, be an excellent communicator, passionate advocate, and creative professional. You will build and inspire a positive, high-energy, results-oriented culture in our team, creating a measurable impact across Amazon Business.
