As a team member of the Product Security’s Red Team, you will be helping to ensure Micron’s High Bandwidth Memory (HBM) DRAM products have the best-in-class hardware security. Responsibilities include: reviewing DRAM designs, extending validation coverage, and craft the security testing flow on Automatic Test Equipment (ATE). In addition, reviewing Side Channel Analysis (SCA) and Fault Injection (FI) methodologies and their impact on security testing for HBM DRAM products.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to: ​

• Enabling identification and mitigation of security risks and vulnerabilities early in the Security Design Lifecycle.​

• Conduct analysis and testing to verify the strengths and weaknesses of products in various environments, applying commercial and open-source tools.​

• Develop new security solutions/tools, including automation processes, to prevent security vulnerabilities and assist in addressing existing vulnerabilities.​

• Exercising your understanding of digital, analog, and computer design to debug and resolve controller, memory, board, or software/firmware level issues at all stages of the product.​

• Refining our memory security and validation strategy. Providing feedback and recommendations to silicon, board, and software teams.​

• Has interest in new memory technologies

Minimum Qualifications ​

• MS degree with affinity for mixed signal/analog, embedded systems, and digital design (or equivalent experience).​

• 2+ years in the semiconductor industry (preferably DRAM).​

• Proficiency in Verilog RTL coding and scripting languages, such as: Perl, Python and Make etc.​

• Strong communications skills and open to travel as necessary.​

• Strong lab test and measurement skills.​

• Understanding of computer architecture through experience or course work
