Basic Job Functions:

The role of the Sales Associate includes but is not limited to answering incoming phone calls for the sales department, generating various daily/weekly/monthly sales & marketing reports, assisting sales team whenever workload demands, entering and managing the claims process, and organizing customer visits.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Strong computer skills - Microsoft Office

• Degree in Business, Marketing or related study, or a minimum of 2 years work experience in an office environment.

• Able to work scheduled/unscheduled overtime.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Four Year Bachelor Degree (Business, Marketing or related study).

• Customer Service Experience

• Steel Industry Knowledge

• Experience with a manufacturing ERP.
