Position Summary This is a Representative (I or II) position within the PBM testing team. This individual will work with cross-functional team and perform manual claim adjudication testing which will include understanding and translating requirements, building a test strategy with test bed, running queries, claims and meet project dates as required by management.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze client benefit requests, determine best operational approach and perform testing or quality reviews.

  • Execute test beds and validate coding accuracy utilizing various tools to ensure no financial impact or client/participant dissatisfaction.

  • Log issues and defects found during testing in SFDC

  • Responsible for meeting or exceeding turnaround time and quality standards.

  • Research client benefit requests and raise issues/clarifications to internal partners to meet client needs. .

Required Qualifications

  • 0-2(Rep 1/Rep 2) year of experience working in PBM or related work experience.

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to analyze data, interpret requirements, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1 year experience working in PBM or healthcare industry preferred

  • Excellent communication (Verbal and Written) and collaboration skills

  • Courteous and professional demeanor with the desire and ability to work in a team

  • Ability to interact and with project leads and SME’s

Education

Associates Degree or Higher

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$17.00 - $28.45

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
