Supervise the coordinator for demonstration and response and provide oversight and management for on-call demonstration response team.Oversee the campus demonstration response including prep meetings, demonstrations, and after-action discussions and serve as the point person for faculty/staff/students.Serve as a back-up to the executive director for the Emergency Operations Center and serve as essential personnel during campus emergencies. Responsible for communicating with leadership when needed.Provide immediate and on-going support to students needing support with absence notifications and student emergency funds.Assists with the development, interpretation, and implementation of policy and procedure related to demonstrations and emergency response.Participate in on-call rotation and serve as an emergency contact for UHD, UTPD, CMHC, and other departments after hours, on weekends and holidays.Meet with students, faculty, legal affairs, campus colleagues, community members and others, as appropriate, for consultation, training/workshops, and problem solving. Serve as a resource on demonstrations at the institution.Assists or leads special assignments within the unit and the Office of the Dean of Students, including committee appointments.
