Job Description

Insight Global is looking for an experienced Nurse Manager to join a growing healthcare support agency sitting in the Akron, OH area. In this position, the Nurse Manager will oversee a team of internal and external nurses, manage day-to-day operations, build the nursing team, and administer in-home care via IV administration (both port and non-port patients).

To be successful in this role, it is imperative that this individual be qualified to administer IVs, have home health experience, and have prior nurse management experience.

This position will be a combination of in-home and in-office work with some flexibility for hybrid work. This is a full-time, permanent position that offers competitive compensation and benefits, with compensation starting at $80k/year and increasing based on experience.

Skills and Requirements

• 5+ years of nursing experience with valid RN licensure in the state of Ohio

• Prior nurse management experience

• Prior IV therapy administration experience and training null
