We are seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to produce financial and market intelligence by querying data repositories and generating periodic reports. This position will devise methods for identifying data patterns and trends to best assist the growth of the company. Individuals will apply advanced theoretical knowledge of subject matter principles and concepts, as well as experience with business intelligence tools, to perform the duties of the position. 

Job responsibilities and duties include:

  • Generate standard or custom reports summarizing business, financial, or economic data for review by executives, managers, clients, and other stakeholders.

``` - Assist in the design of tools (spreadsheets or software) to create efficiencies in data collection & management for all users. Ensure that the proper data points are collected for any corresponding reporting requirements.

``` - Provide technical support for existing reports, dashboards, or other tools.  - Take advantage of Salesforce training materials to stay up-to-date in terms of new product features and capabilities. Implement new features as appropriate.  - Participate in technology department projects pertaining to data including reporting, integration, or migration of data.  - Assist in the design of automation to create efficiencies in data collection & management for all users.   - Ensure that the proper data points are collected for any corresponding reporting requirements. 

THIS POSITION HAS NO DIRECT REPORTS.

Minimum requirements: 

Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Management, Computer Science or Engineering, Computer Information Systems, or any related Business or IT field of study, plus at least one (1) year of experience in the job offered or in any related position(s) in which the required experience was gained.

Position also requires certification in Salesforce.
